Description
One of the most beautiful views in the Big Bend National Park is the entrance to Santa Elena Canyon at the west end of the park. Taken during a dry weather spell, you can walk in the area where the river once flowed. The canyon walls have been cut away over the centuries by wind and water creating crevices and patterns.
